I met Cooper Kenward through doing Back In The Garage. He swung by to play us a tune and I was enamored with his lyrics and his voice. We’ve since become friends. When Mason and I started Soggy Anvil Records, Cooper was one of the first people we reached out to record a tune with us. He ended up asking me to co-write/sing on the song, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
We were able to get Harrison Whitford to play guitar, Mason Stoops to play bass and ukulele, and Jacob Jeffries to play drums.
This tune was recorded in sunny Los Angeles by Luke Pelletier, produced by Mason Stoops, and mastered by John Spiker.
